Ever wished to change a measurement from one standard
to another, such as miles to kilometers or other conversion along
those lines? Here is a small handly little program you can download
that will do most of these conversions in a simple easy straight
forward way. It works with about any version of Windows.

Installation instructions.
Save the above zip file (unitconv.zip) to a folder you can locate
again on your system. Once download as completed, browse to the
folder you stored the file in with My Computer or Windows Explorer.
Once you have located the file click on it and extract it to the
drive you are using. ( it should make a folder called UnitConverter)
- browse to this folder and if you wish to make a shortcut right
click on the UnitConverter.exe file and select make shortcut, then
drag and drop that shortcut on your desktop or other folder.
Personally I keep a shortcut for the program on my quick launch area
on my taskbar. To uninstall the program just delete the folder as it
does not require extra DLL files to operate and does not install
files into the Windows folders. Copywrite and author information are
contained within the Readme file included in the zip package.
